Please be aware that there are shipping restrictions on some products, such as dangerous goods ect… therefore some products cannot be shipped to international destinations.
All orders placed before 1pm will be dispatched on the same business day.
All orders placed after 1pm or on Weekends/Public Holidays will be dispatched on the next business day.
Expect to receive your order within 1 – 14 business days.

Authority To Leave
Amazing Hair uses a courier service to deliver your order to you, so it is likely that your order will arrive during business hours. We highly suggest that the address you provide is one where you or someone you trust is available to accept the delivery during business hours.
If you have given Amazing Hair the Authority To Leave your parcel and it goes missing, it is not the responsibility of Amazing Hair to reimburse or resend your order. This then becomes loss of goods at the customers expense.
International Shipping
Amazing Hair will not be held responsible for any shipping costs that may need to be paid once an order has left Australia. Any amounts required by customs to clear your order or any other organization is to be paid for by the buyer. This includes but is not limited to shipping tax, importation tax, customs clearance.
