If your returning an item please ensure you contact us within 14 days of receiving your order, simply contact us by phone or you can fill out the Enquiry form below- which will notify our customer service team and someone will reach out to you within business hours to help.

Our Customer Service Team, will reach out and communicate with you throughout the whole process to ensure we fix any problem as quickly and as smoothly as possible.

Please note We can only accept returned products that are unopened and unused within 14 days of delivery to you. 

We do not accept any change of mind returns.

I’ve received the wrong item

  • Step 1: Notify us within 14 days
  • Step 2: We will send the correct item to you straight     away
  • Step 3: We will arrange for the incorrect item to be collected from you free of charge

I’ve received a damaged item

  • Step 1: Notify us within 14 days
  • Step 2: Send us a picture of the damaged item/s
  • Step 3: We will send a replacement to you straight away

Step 4: We will advise what to do with the damaged item

I haven’t received something I ordered

  • Step 1: Notify us within 14 days
  • Step 2: Send us a picture of your order and we’ll investigate
  • Step 3: We will update you and, send a replacement or arrange a refund if there’s an error on our end
